Weekly Predictions 3/30/2009 Brock to Rock Genoa City

OK Friends here we go:

This week I have a feeling that Brock is going to be the Rock. His DNA is the missing link in the saga between who Katherine Chancellor really is and who Jill is not. After all when you have so many test floating around between Kay and Jill, the line has to be drawn somewhere.

Now once the results come and Brock and Katherine are a match, what will happen to poor Orphan Annie, Jill? We all know and love Katherine because she is such a kind generous soul, now that she is good and sober, but how will she treat Jill once she finds out that the person who was one an enemy turned daughter is not her daughter? I don't know if she will throw her out with the bathwater or if she will hold on to the relationship that they have forged over the last few years. Katherine sees Jill for who she is, but will this prove to be a good or bad thing for Jill? I feel it in my bones, another Kay and J Smackdown. Taking bets, my money is on Katherine.

Now if good ol' Brock is on his way to town, how far behind is Mac? Will she and Billy now be able to have the love that they each so desired? I don't know, but his love life is too juicy right now for the folks at Y&R to just leave simmering. What if Chloe walks in on him and Sharon? They are going to "bump uglies" again, conditions are too perfect for them to resist. I just have this funny feeling that all heck is going to break loose at the wedding, holding it off long enough for either Sharon or Mac to interrupt the wedded bliss.

However my Y&R comrades let us not forget that there are other stories that are pretty juicy going on in Genoa City as well. What will happen to Kevin and Amber? Will Karen have to use her Kickboxing talents to keep Tyra away from her man, Neil Winters? Nick and Phyllis, a Twal (Twitter+Pal) of mine hinted that Nick is leaving Phyllis.

Another Twal also indicated that soon there could be a new twist to the GC saga by integrating a character who will be homosexual. Their sister soap As The World Turns has already done so, oh and Guiding Light is playing around with it as well (I haven't watched GL in a while to know what has happened with their story). Wow, imagine the Soaps actually being reflective of other things that are part of society? I am eager to see if it will be a current character or if they will be introducing us to a new friend. Any ideas who it could be if it were an old character? Perhaps Rave the attorney? It seems as though they keep sneaking more and more information about him into the stories.

Well that is what I have for you today, I hope you comment and share your thoughts with me. I'm starting to feel like I'm talking to myself :(

By The Way: I subscribe to a modified Bambi philosophy, "If you can't find a polite way to say something. Don't say anything at all!"

There are a myriad of children playing on the playground of life!
